The location is particularly convenient, as it is at walking distance from the village of Capezzano Monte with shops and a restaurant and only 6 km away from Pietrasanta.

This very attractive town, 'City of Arts' since 1841 and nicknamed 'the little Athens', lies between the sea and the Apuan Alps and became renowned thanks to the high concentration of internationally famous artists that decided to set there (among those are Fernando Botero, Igor Mitoraj, Kan Yasuda and the former actress Gina Lollobrigida), due to the long tradition of marble workers. The historic centre is nowadays considered one of the most elegant and cultural sites in Italy, where visitors may find over 50 art galleries, fashionable boutiques, wine bars and international cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts and festivals.

The renowned soft sandy beaches of the Versilian coast are also within 10 km, with high-quality beach equipments and several gardens, shops, restaurants, discos and nightclubs. The views from the whole property on the sea are spectacular and stretch from Elba Island to the Cinque Terre.

The house has been recently totally restored using only typical materials of Tuscan tradition such as cotto floors, marble, chestnut wood and local tufo, yet it is equipped with sophisticated and environmentally friendly appliances such as a geothermic heating system. The interiors are light and comfortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The high position above the sea and the near forest always guarantee a pleasant breeze even in the hottest summer days. Special features of this lovely property are the infinity swimming pool, the covered terrace and a sunset terrace, where guests can relax and dine enjoying the most breathtaking views.

First floor: Master suite composed by sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower/steam bath, double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower only). Both bedrooms open on to a panoramic large terrace.
