VILLA CLARA

Description:
Villa Clara is a beautiful villa built at the end of the 18th Century. It is a typical Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, in the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers, looking after the winery, used to live. One of these farmhouses, Casa Rosa, is now part of our program too.

The villa is located just 5 kms. from Lucca, thus combining proximity tot the town of Lucca with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside. The area is known als “La Maulina”, and has always been famous for its wine. Nowadays it is one of the most popular residential areas of the town of Lucca.

The villa has been totally converted during the last couple of years and has been fully furnished in an elegant style. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 12 guests.

A new swimming pool (15 x 7 m) has been installed in a panoramic position a short walk from the house.

Lay-out:
Ground floor: Huge dining room opening via French windows both onto the front and back garden, traditional Tuscan-style kitchen, billiard room, small sitting room
First floor: Large sitting room, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower only, double bedroom and twin badroom sharing a bathroom (shower only).
Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower only). When rented for 20 people 3 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower only and 2 with bath and separate shower) and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only) are included.

Maid service during 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
